Terms and conditions
Please read the booking regulations below carefully. Every reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other subjects mentioned in it, minors included.
PRICES
Room prices are per night and include a buffet breakfast. Apartment prices are per night, breakfast excluded, unless otherwise communicated during the booking phase. The tourist tax of €1.20 per night per person (excluding children under 12 and persons exempt by law) is always excluded and will be charged at the time of check-out.
BOOKING
To guarantee the reservation, a credit card number and relative expiry date are required to perform a pre-authorization. Alternatively, a deposit via bank transfer is required. The stay will be settled by the customer on-site. The reservation will be confirmed only after our email reporting the details of the stay. The booking becomes binding for Agriturismo Podere Giusti only at the moment of receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit or the credit card data on which to perform the authorized withdrawal. The confirmation of the reservation implies the acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. Upon arrival or the day before, we will request an identification document for every guest. To modify your reservation, please call or write to us and we will do our best to satisfy the request.
PAYMENTS
The balance of the reservation will be paid upon departure. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION
Podere Giusti reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the customer by requesting a pre-authorization. In case of a negative pre-authorization, you will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled if the data of another valid credit card is not sent or if the deposit via bank transfer is not made. With the pre-authorization, we guarantee the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or a part of it, to ensure that the card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. The pre-authorization expires after 30 days from the request or within a few hours by revoking it manually. The pre-authorized amount will be withdrawn exclusively as a penalty for cancellations beyond the terms (less than 20 days from arrival) or no-shows.
EXTENSION OF THE STAY
It will be possible to extend the stay, according to availability, and you will be subject to possible rate changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Every cancellation must be communicated via email or by telephone. Cancellation is free within 20 days before arrival. After this deadline, the amount of the deposit, via bank transfer or pre-authorization, will be non-refundable. No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt a stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
FORCE MAJEURE
We decline all responsibility for inconveniences due to supply failures, accidental equipment breakdowns, or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, and thefts.
